I had never used a valet parking service before. I called several companies in the Plymouth and Cape Cod areas. Prestige called back and left me feeling comfortable with their professinalism. As we got closer to our event, continued follow up calls to be sure we were all set made us even more pleased we chose them. On event day, they showed up an hour early, assisted the other vendors and created a totally controlled environment for our guests to arrive. Besides the valet parking, they provided door man service, helped load gifts into cars, even helped the caterer when she needed to run to the supermarket to get more bar supplies. I can't recommend them more.

"Upon recommendation from a friend, we called Prestige Valet to find out what the cost would be and how we'd go about possibly hiring them for our son's wedding. Our phone call was returned within an hour! I asked for a price quote, but they encouraged me to allow them to visit the wedding reception location to check the area for valet and allow them to plan for the parking and provide me with a quote. Not only did they provide me with a quote, they showed me their parking plan and reassured me, as we were worried on the parking. The attendants showed up a hour early, made it a point to introduce themselves to us and did a great job. Some of our guests were intimidated with valet parking, as they were not used to it. But, the valets assured our guests, made them feel special and parked all the cars in a professional way.When our guests were leaving, they provided fast service and even held open doors and offered directions to some of our friends who did not know the area. All of my guests were impressed with the service and attention they received. You personally also assisted many of the guests up the steps to my front door and provided wonderful assistance to some older people walking with canes. You and your crew very quickly moved the cars so that no waiting line formed on arrivals and you were able to retrieve all the cars quickly when people were leaving the party. Given the location of my house down a long driveway, with little parking capacity, I could not have had a party for 60 people and about 30 cars without your service. I was also totally satisfied with the insurance certificate you provided ahead of time as you promised for Worker's Comp. Liability and Garage Keeper's Liability insurance.
